Sometimes the problem isn't a lack of direction. It's that you've been circling the same decisions for long enough that you can't see them clearly anymore.
 

We spend 90 minutes working through whatever is actually stuck. No prep work required. You bring the situation. I bring the questions. At the end, you get a written summary of what we covered, what the real decision is, and a clear suggested next step.

This works well for:

  • A specific decision you keep deferring

  • A project that's stalled and you're not sure why

  • A sense that something in the business is off but you can't name it

  • Finding out whether coaching, consulting, or something else is right for you

What you get:

  • One 90-minute video session

  • A written summary of key insights and decisions from the conversation

  • One clear recommended next step

  • A no-pressure path to a longer engagement if that's the right fit

Coding

6-Week Business Development Program

 $1,200 - $1,500

For business owners who know what they're working toward and want structured momentum to get there.
 

Six weeks is enough time to make real progress on something specific. A decision that's been sitting too long. An offer that needs to be built properly. A system that keeps breaking down. We work through it together, session by session.

Includes:
 

  • Six 60-minute working sessions (weekly or bi-weekly, your preference)

  • Between-session check-ins via email to keep momentum between calls

  • Shared working document so nothing gets lost

  • Clear focus and outcome agreed at the start

Good for:
 

  • A specific project with a clear beginning and end

  • Business owners ready to move fast on something defined

  • A focused engagement before committing to longer-term support

12-Week Strategic Coaching Program

 $1,800 - $2,200

This is the full container. Three months of consistent, structured thinking partnership for business owners who want to move from reactive to intentional.

Not a course. Not a template library. This is real, weekly work on what's actually happening in your business, with someone who knows your situation and holds you accountable between sessions.

Includes:
 

  • Weekly 45-minute sessions for 12 weeks

  • Between-session messaging support 

  • Shared portal for goals, notes, and tracking

  • Reminder system so sessions happen consistently

  • End-of-program review and clear recommended next step

This works well when:
 

  • The business feels full and you're not sure where to focus first

  • You have momentum but keep losing it

  • You're ready to build something new and want a thinking partner in your corner

  • You've tried to do this alone long enough

What coaching with me actually looks like

Honest about what this is and what it isn't.

I'm not here to tell you what to do. You already know your business better than anyone. My job is to help you hear yourself think, hold you to what matters, and ask the question you've been sidestepping.

I will interrupt you. I will push back. I will expect you to follow through on what you commit to between sessions. That's not pressure. That's what actually moves things forward.

What I won't do is give you a framework and a worksheet and send you off alone. That's not how I work. This is a real partnership.
